Do you have pets now? We allow two pets per house. No tomcats or "outdoor cats". Dogs over 30 pounds are only allowed in larger homes. Exotic pets are fine, too, within reason.

The rental agreement currently includes water, sewer, trash and lawn care. You must arrange for electricity in your own name as well as cable, internet, and other similar things.
Our homes are unfurnished and do NOT include power.
You must have provable earnings in excess of TWO times the rent to qualify.
If it is broken, we will fix it. We have staff onsite for prompt responses.
